Our Mission

The Glenbard West Endowment Club aims to provide practical, real-life lessons in finance, portfolio management, and investing to Glenbard West Students while building long-term capital to support underprivileged students and underfunded clubs at Glenbard West.

The Glenbard West Endowment Club is 100% operated by Glenbard West students. We aim to educate students on investment strategy, markets, portfolio strategy, and long-term financial strategy through live experience running an endowment. 

Education and Knowledge 

Our three different meeting plans help to expand the opportunity for real-life experience and education. 

Education

This meeting involves presentations from students on topics related to the endowment, current markets, and long-term strategy. 

Operation

This meeting involves presentations from students about potential changes to the portfolio. This may include buying/selling assets,

charity-related questions, and maintenence meetings involving the endowment. 

Presentation

This meeting involves a guest speaker or a presentation from outside sources to help educate the club on investment strategy, portfolio strategy, the market, and current events.
